This will serve as the formal notice of the announcement of the application received from the country of Malaysia to form an NCA and join the World Council. I have also attached the necessary completed documentation for your review and evaluation. The effective date of this announcement is posted on December 4^th , 2018 and will serve as the initiation date for the four week review period by the Executive Board to make a determination and ruling of acceptance.
